Common Microwave Problems
Touchpad does not respond
We can help determine why the touchpad in your microwave will not work. That issue is usually sourced in the membrane switch or the control board.
Doesn’t shut off or won’t turn on
WIf your microwave won’t start and the display is blank and unresponsive, we’ll inspect the thermal fuse, ceramic fuse, the door switch and the smartboard to determine the problem.
No heat
Your microwave may turn on but not heat up. This could be caused by a problem with the high voltage diode, which helps to power the magnetron.
